Megan has an uncanny ability to learn a song in seconds and can quote from every Friends episode ever. All 236 of them, proudly! This ability to remember what people say comes in really handy in the field of qualitative research.

She is passionate about uncovering the difference between what people say they do and what people actually do which has taken her to some interesting places over the years across clients in FMCG, alcohol, telcos, automotive, tourism, insurance and banking – and she is keeping the faith that one day she will run a taste test for a chocolate brand.

Her love of unicorns helps her bring that extra Spark-le to every project she works on!
