In terms of brand tracking, as you read this you are likely in one of two positions; either you have a current tracker that you think could be working harder for you or you don’t have one and are considering starting one.

At Spark we currently run tracking studies, incorporating NPS, for some of Ireland’s largest brands.  We deliver tracking that not only helps you track your brands but also enables you to better plan for the future.  We don’t give you reports that cost a lot of money but ultimately become expensive dust gatherers in your office.  We ensure that our clients can interact with the data so it informs everything they do.  A tracker that reports the past but doesn’t inform the future is a waste of time for all involved.
